  I have been calling none stop for four hours and not a single person has answered the phone it's really aggravating. And all I'm trying to do is find out where my package is like how hard is it to answer the phone my God do your job stop being lazy and rude.

  They always close early. Always. I had to mail an emergency package today and I rushed straight to them right after work to find them closed half an hour early. I called their office phone and could hear it ring through the door, heard the guy answer it. I explained to him that I rushed here to mail this package and today is the last day it can go out to my deployed husband before they aren't receiving packages anymore, he needed the contents of this package to come home or else he would not be allowed to be part of the homecoming ceremony. He still refused to let me in.

  Went there today on my lunch in a rush. Huge line. Another girl opens up. I tell her I want to mail this box of stuff I just needed a little bit of tape . She looks at me like I'm stupid. Then she tells me. U have to buy ur own tape. I'm like u have to buy tape?. She says yea u have to buy ur own tape. Since when is this? Iv never gone to a post office where u have to buy ur own tape to take a small little box. She was so rude and unprofessional.
